Our standard delivery service is free within UK and you will normally receive your order within 2-4 working days. Parcels are delivered Monday to Saturday between the hours of 9am to 5pm.
We use a trackable delivery service and in most cases, a signature will be required on delivery. When you receive your shipping email, it will include your tracking number, the carrier it is sent with and a clickable link that directs you to the carrier website in order to track the progress of your delivery.
We always endeavour to deliver your item on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we do not take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.
Even though our packages are sent via a tracked service with Royalmail or other courier, on rare occasions we do experience losses whilst in transit. Please be aware that Royalmail will only class a parcel as lost once 14 days has passed so if it has been over 14 days and you still haven't received your parcel please get in touch with us.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, a claim cannot be made so you will be unable to claim any loss from us.
